all the times I lay on the floors of bathrooms, retching and crying in extreme pain as a teenager. The later infertility. The pain. The incredibly heavy periods. The increase of symptoms at perimenopause.

Doing all this research into adenomyosis, which I'd never heard of before about a month ago, and my sister was diagnosed. So, being a good sister, I read up on it.

... And then went to the doctor and got diagnosed. I'm going to have a hysterectomy soon.

What do you lot do with a nice piece of steak on the bone like a rib-eye where the beef needs to be the star? I salt/pepper then fry in a pan, then butter/rosemary/thyme/garlic and roast. Rub tomato on the outside and rest, serve with a lemon wedge and pan juices. Looking for something new & simple?
