Reckless driving is part of the cultural fabric of America. Speeding and drunk driving are as American as apple pie. Coal rolling bicyclists is a tradition on par with July 4th cook-outs. We simply must let people drive this way. It's our patriotic duty.
I have a bunch of intersecting thoughts here but basically 1) excessive alcohol consumption is an urban activity, 2) we shouldn’t legalize drunk driving and 3) we should more heavily penalize parents whose kids abuse alcohol in such a drastic fashion.
