In an act of integrity and resistance, a supervisor in the Nashville federal prosecutor’s office resigned over how the Abrego Garcia case was being handled. The charges are bogus, pure political theater meant to justify a wrongful abduction.

Stopped by Coborn’s in Long Prairie—a fifth-generation, employee-owned grocery store chain based in Minnesota. SNAP funding supports families, farmers, and small grocers. We should be strengthening food access, not making cuts that weaken it.

We had over 100 people in Zanesville OH in front of the county courthouse. This is our third protest so far. The first was In February cold. The second was in support of veterans a couple weeks ago. We are energized in the midst of our red rural county.

Shutting down USAID is not about efficiency—it’s about undermining America’s global leadership. USAID counters extremism, fights diseases, and creates more markets for U.S. exports. This is reckless and dangerous.

honestly think some of the hesitation here is that no one wants to sound like a crank. i was talking at an event last night and even i felt like a crank while i was speaking!
What if there were a coup, the US government fell to a drug-addled oligarch who seized control of our money, secrets, and levers of power, and Corporate media did not report on it?

I honestly believe our most powerful position in a toxic time that feeds on cynicism, apathy,& despair is to genuinely care and act for a better world.

Cynicism is our enemy. We should check it, incl. on the left. It’s not intellectually superior. It’s the virus they’re trying to infect us with. NO

I join the country in mourning the victims, including three U.S. service members and members of the figure skating community, who tragically died in the midair collision. I’m praying for their families and loved ones.

We must get to the bottom of what happened.

They won't get the credit they deserve, but President Biden and Secretary Blinken just saved countless lives reaching this ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas right before Trump comes in.

Yes, there will likely be future violence, but Trump now can't pour kerosene on this from Day One.

Welcome to Weasel Wednesday, did you know that Badgers are in the Weasel family ?

Badgers aren't big on snow, being so short kinda puts a damper on their skills. They don't really hibernate either what they do is just kinda lay around on the couch and kill time till spring.

I'm grateful I got to vote for President Biden. I'm grateful for his selfless service to our country. I don't think we could have had someone better at the helm for the past four years, and I believe he'll be remembered as a great chief executive long after the present cynicism has faded away.

People should heed Joe Biden’s warning of the current oligarchy and “concentration of technology, power and wealth” and we need to (1) enforce antitrust laws and (2) put rules in place for A-I.
