Over the last 20 years, looking at all vaccines administered domestically, there have been 9,933 actual vaccine injuries out of roughly 6.5 billion vaccines administered. That’s just 0.015 percent of all vaccines that result in injuries over 20 years. An estimate 4.2 million lives have been saved.

The stories we tell matter. I know this not from watching but from memory. I was just a child, held behind barbed wire in a U.S. internment camp, when an atomic bomb obliterated Hiroshima—killing members of my family.

Medicaid enables us to live in a society where kids, seniors, people with disabilities, foster care kids, pregnant people, & people with TB, cancer or HIV/AIDS have healthcare. That benefits us ALL. Fight to protect Medicaid!
Let's show up. Let's organize. Let's win.

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.

We have to sustain each other. Making joy isn’t denial, it’s how we will survive

On this May 4th let’s remember

“Rebellions are built on hope.” – Rogue One

Resist!✊

In Star Wars, the Resistance isn’t made up of heroes with perfect answers. It’s full of people who’ve lost, failed, been oh so underestimated—and still choose to fight for something bigger.
