Since taking office, Trump has used the military against Syria, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Nigeria, and Venezuela, while threatening Canada, Colombia, Greenland, and Mexico. The "Peace President" with the "America First" slogan is spending billions attacking and policing the world.

And why were Ross’s fellow ICE agents allowed to enter his home, masked, and remove possible evidence?
Former Assoc AG Vanita Gupta asks the right question: “Are the feds conducting any real investigation of the agent’s actions, or instead focused on trying to justify what happened by tarring the victim as a domestic terrorist?” www.nytimes.com/2026/01/10/u...

Denmark erred in not expelling Ken Howery 9 months ago, when they discovered that the US was running a Russian-style influence campaign in Greenland to manipulate Greenlanders into seceding. But at least they're standing firm now. 2/
Kick the ambassador out. Has everyone forgotten that Trump's ambassador to Denmark is Ken Howery, one of the PayPal mafia, colleague of Peter Thiel (JD's mentor) and Elon Musk? The techbros want Greenland. Denmark should grab any excuse they can find to expel Howery.

Tacky Donald Trump has gold-painted the entrance to Mar-a-Lago à la The Oval Office. The original owner, Marjorie Merriweather Post, wasn't known for having understated tastes, but even she would vomit upon seeing such vulgarity.

70% of ICE detainees have no criminal convictions, according to govt data.

Don’t fall for Trump’s lies about targeting the “worst of the worst.”

As ICE terrorizes cities to fill up detention centers, remember that some of Trump's major donors are private prison corporations.

How predictable that tacky Mar-a-Lago serves Iranian caviar, which is cheaper and considered inferior to Russian caviar. Must be the only time in his life when Donald chose another country over Russia—because he's so cheap.

On this week’s “More To The Story,” former Yale philosophy professor Jason Stanley explains his recent move to Canada and calls the Trump administration’s takeover of the US government a “coup.”

The essay has only proven to be more accurate with time: “Simply put, Trump’s ingrained and extreme behavioral characteristics make it impossible for him to carry out the duties of the presidency in the way the Constitution requires.” This should be the lede of every story.
In the six-plus years since, every mental health professional I have come across has told me that my essay had it exactly right. I think every word of it has been proven right many times over.

Even today, he's still only going to get worse.

How Trump Turned The Presidency into a Lucrative Business
Donald Trump’s net worth has skyrocketed since assuming the presidency, as he and his family discard long-held ethical standards by striking deals in foreign nations, selling access to the Oval Office and doling out government contracts to friends. University of Toronto Professor of Philosophy Jason Stanley says, “It's intended to create a kind of authoritarian culture, a kind of acceptance that the leader should be super wealthy.”

‘We Had Whistles. They Had Guns’: Protests Grow After MN ICE Shooting
Tens of thousands of people took to the streets in protest after the shooting death of Minneapolis mother Renee Good by an ICE officer. But communities are also resisting in other ways: “Know Your Rights” trainings, whistling and blowing car horns to alert neighbors of ICE’s presence, or simply filming and observing ICE encounters – actions which are all constitutionally protected. MN State Representative Aisha Gomez weighs in, telling Ali Velshi “We are in a critical moment for our country - for our democracy." Adding, "the sound of whistles and horns in my part of town in Minneapolis has become a siren sound.”
