It's striking that progressives like Tim Walz and Zohran Mamdani evoke the middle American attitude that, "Yes, we can fix these social problems because we're Americans and it's the right thing to do!" While the "America first" right only emulates failed and failing nation-states elsewhere.

Same over here. It’s way past time we stopped trying to accommodate anti-immigrant views. They are born of racism and can never be satisfied. Immigration is a net positive. Say it loud and often.

The most telling Bari Weiss incident came when "The Free Press" excused George Floyd's murder, @radleybalko.bsky.social highlighted factual errors, and Weiss's reaction was not to make corrections, but to invite Balko on a podcast.

There is no truth, there are no standards, there is only content.
Every part of this is embarrassingly lame.

This is Trump’s long game.

We’ve spent years cracking down on fraudsters. It’s a serious issue - but this has been his plan all along.

He’s politicizing the issue to defund programs that help Minnesotans.

The Trump DOJ was tracking the movement of a journalist, a journalist investigating the Epstein case.

Before Epstein's death. During Trump's first term in office.

Who else was under surveillance?

How far did this surveillance network extend, and cui bono?

Guarantee it wasn't just Julie Brown.
Why was the Trump administration surveilling one of the journalists who broke the Epstein story?

A “counterfeit varnish of patriotism” he called it.
