Oh my God. What???
Trump on Tim Walz: "I think the man is a grossly incompetent man. I thought that from the day I watched JD destroy him in the debate. I was saying, 'Who's more incompetent, that man or my man?' I had a man and he had a man. They were both incompetent."

Any one of us could be in the next apartment building that ICE raids in the middle of the night.

Any one of us could be on the next boat that Trump bombs on a whim.

Any one of us could be detained for hours despite being a U.S. citizen.

Authoritarianism hurts all of us.

Disney and ABC need to feel serious consequences for their collaboration with Trump and MAGA in censoring Kimmel. Economic consequences. Same with the owners of CBS and other organizations that capitulate. The only thing they understand or care about are their own bottom lines.

On this day in 1991, Clarence Thomas’ hearings began. We didn’t listen to the brilliant Black woman who told us the truth. 33 years later, his seat still stains the Court. Maybe it’s time we started listening to the women in the room.

He is a disaster as I have been writing for years.
Sen. Dick Durbin, who may be folding with Schumer, has set up his office phones so callers are told to hang up and call back later because of high call volume. His staff could set up a queue or take voice mail or hire more phone answerers. Instead, the message is: Go away. Who cares what you think?

Donald Trump has disgraced the United States of America in countless ways since he first entered political life ten years ago.

But he had never disgraced the nation as badly as he did today.

He has brought shame on this country to an extent I had never thought possible. And he has only just begun.

We need to learn and adapt. Every single Senate Dem vote for Rubio. It got us nothing. "Rollover and play dead" got us nothing. Fight back or lose the democracy. Full stop.

This scrum of pot-bellied, sunken-chested betas trying to bully an all-black clad badass Eastern European wasteland survivor while dressed like Men’s Wearhouse mannequins is peak cinema.
GLENN: Why don't you wear a suit? You're at the highest level in this country's office & you refuse to wear a suit. A lot of Americans have problems with you not respecting the office.

ZELENSKYY: I will wear a costume after this war will finish. Maybe something like yours. Maybe something better.

Many forget that before “The Birth of a Nation”, KKK membership was dwindling. But the movie depicted them positively and was even praised by President Wilson. Membership exploded. Endorsing and praising white supremacists and nazi sympathizers by the President today can lead us down the same road.

There are some chances to slow or potentially stop it. Need constant pressure on GOP

Focus on GOP swing seats & key committees. Energy & Commerce is where the Medicaid fight will go down. Ways&Means for tax fight.
