Reginald D Hunter: Summons against comic by Campaign Against Antisemitism quashed for seeking to have him 'cancelled'
The judge said the CAA "misled" him over comments Hunter made to Heidi Bachram on X, and failed to inform him of a previous compliance probe.

When the PB ban came in I wailed to a friend about our transphobic government. She listened patiently then said “but they had to do something because of all the court cases”. My reply “There was one. It got overturned”, was dismissed with bluster and a wave of the hand.

With legal challenges to this law pending, we cannot justify building the expensive required infrastructure.

For now, we have made the difficult decision to block access in Mississippi.

Our Response to Mississippi’s Age Assurance Law - Bluesky
A new Mississippi law requires us to block full access to Bluesky unless all users complete age checks. We have concerns about this law’s implementation.

Big thanks to Lewis for debunking the dangerous misinformation going around about nationality and sexual assault statistics. Bottom line - the big headlines over the last few days have no basis in the facts. Irresponsible reporting from major news outlets stirring up fear.

His data is wrong and purposely misleading.

The image that should form in your mind as you read this thread is of loving families desperately fighting to keep their kids healthy and alive whilst being harried at every turn by the NHS, social services, the police, the British media, and the Labour Government. If this isn't fascism what is?
Incontrovertible evidence, now, of *police* investigating families supporting their kids with gender affirming healthcare in the UK. For trying to do the best for your child, following best practice in most of the world, here you get a visit from the police.

Thank you, Wes Streeting.

My thoughts on Stephen Fry's turn around.

I'm delighted. He could and should have understood sooner, so should I, none of us can turn back time, but we can act to make amends.

The story arc, of his defence of JKR, to his slowly coming round to denouncing her, is powerful. And he is so influential.
ik a lot of ppl are loathed to give stephen fry any due but this, i think, is the first time a mainstream figure has been all over the british press straight-up saying jk rowling has been radicalised.

this is actually unusual, and blanket, coverage.
