I can quit coffee anytime I want, I just don’t wanna.

After Effects wizard who plays too many games and knows too many things about movies.

I wanna make sure I’m not breaking the law: So I’m tagging you here after I turned to this page.

It needs further review but my hypothesis is that before we could play Quest64. But now thanks to science, we can know what is Quest64. One day we will answer the how.

Do you remember Betty Reid Soskin? She was the oldest serving National Park Ranger in the United States, we celebrated her retirement at the age of 100.

Betty Reid Soskin (1921–2025) passed away on Sunday, but she lived an extraordinary life.

“The answers are only temporary.”

These 8 contemporary JRPGs show that the genre is stronger than ever and still has a lot to offer the gaming industry.

*Collecting random Steam Boot videos*
*Upset that there's like, no good Yakuza boot videos*
*The RGG opening is perfect. But nobody has made any attempt of an edit*
*Remembers he's an unemployed professional*

Enjoy this on your #SteamDeck /BigPicture when you boot Steam. Might tweak it a bit later.

LucasArts had so many internal tools, but to make levels their FPS games "Dark Forces" and "Outlaws" they just used the good old AutoCAD. Here are shots of "Outlaws" maps being worked on in AutoCAD R13 for Windows:

Anyone saying that AI disclosures should be removed from Steam is not your friend. They do not want you to know what you're buying. It's no different from saying we shouldn't list Nutritional Facts on food.

It's cool how we keep proving over and over and over again that there's a significant market for narrative-heavy, character-driven, single-player experiences in video games and publishers just categorically refuse to believe us

I finished Tomb Raider 1 and forgot how unbelievably difficult that game is.

Shout-out to the incredible remaster btw. Absurdly well-done. And phenomenal achievements as well. Got a kick when one literally requires you to perform a glitch.

There’s for some-reason a new #Bubsy game, and its demo is unironically great. End times are upon us.

'Night and the City' by Chris Donlan remains one of the finest online articles on game urbanism ever. Somehow simultaneously personal, historical, and objective it is an excellent read, and a reminder that L.A. Noir remains truly unique.

I understand games go on sale, but WHAT IS THE REAL COST OF #MASSEFFECT LEGENDARY EDITION?! This game is either $60 or $5.
NOTHING IN-BETWEEN! Only these two prices EVERY-OTHER WEEK! On the wrong day: Pay 10x more than you would for the other HALF OF THE MONTH.

More 90's upscale tests.
It's weird how I'm pretty sure that I'm skilled enough to actually remake this game. I know most of the puzzles and I can easily see throwing something like this together in the new version of AGS which now thankfully supports video.

I haven't checked into how video upscalers are doing recently so I decided to rectify that. They're getting better. In cases where the original footage is somewhere, in someones box, in someones garage, this would be not a bad starting point for a restoration project.

Time to shout into the ether again: But is the #MetaQuest the single worst piece of hardware to troubleshoot.

Seriously, I’ve never seen one issue have this many reasons for happening, and 50% of the solutions are like: Just leave it on and when it feels like it wants to work it will work.

Wtf.
