It’s so much easier for comic actors to do drama than vice versa. Look at Jim Carrey in Eternal Sunshine or Truman Show, and then look at De Niro’s comedies, they’re terrible

one of those "the social contract is broken" things that I think is actually true is it feels like there's way more people that dive-bomb down a shoulder or merging lane just to cut in at the last second in traffic than there used to be
