yep, again: my wife's entire team was recently fired from her nonprofit hospital a month ago because the Trump administration ceased all Medicaid reimbursements at the beginning of the year

The way they resolve this unpopularity is control of the information enviornment. Conservative propaganda outlets will just not report on it, mainstream outlets will drown out their reporting of it with manufactured stories like "was Biden old" or trans-panic on A1 while Medicaid cuts run on A14
The House GOP last night approved Medicaid cuts that will kick millions off insurance & shrink after-tax income for many families in the bottom income quintile
