It’s genuinely this kinda out of touch shit that has me thinking that if Democrats do win in ‘28 in another “return to normal” moment, and reject anything kind of legitimate ideological direction for progress, we will merely delay the Republican slouch towards outright fascism.
4 senior House Dems — Hakeem Jeffries, Katherine Clark, Pete Aguilar, & Ted Lieu — voted for a Republican-led resolution to “CONDEMN SOCIALISM,” a symbolic measure that passed the chamber on Wed.
