Don't use AI then.

Talk to profs/teachers after class or during break. Schedule a meeting or a coffee chat.

I went to college during covid lockdowns in 2020, and I still had scheduled zoom meetings with my profs to get to know them or get office hours help.

I wouldn't be able to be self-employed and run my own editing business without social media.

Not to mention the community, networking, advice, and best friends I've met.

Online communities are crucial for disabled people to stay connected and earn a living/crowdfund for bills.

What clients don't see behind the scenes is how much I struggle with my mental/physical health.

ADHD makes it hard to focus, start, or stop tasks. I have chronic migraines.

But I believe in being open/honest about this. We're all human.
