Wonderful thread of writing by Alice Wong:
A lot of people who look like me will have a lot to say about Alice in coming days and I stand by this: We take up too much space, something Alice and I talked about a lot. I'm focusing on letting Alice speak for herself, and uplifting those she asked to represent her.

We are missing our friend Alice Wong. Alice died on November 14. We are proud to call her an ally and a friend. And while we mourn her passing, we want to uplift her work and her own words too. You can read more about Alice's work and legacy here: autisticadvocacy.org/2025/11/mour...

Gang, at this point I’m too disillusioned to expect all of you to mask always (even though you should), but for the love of GOD, please at least mask at airports and on planes when you travel to events!!!

“You need to stop obsessing over Covid” “Not everything is about Covid you know?”

No, not everything is about Covid, but when a virus damages your immune system, and everything else in your body making you more susceptible to illness… suddenly it is about Covid. 🖤🤘

If you value your health, wear a mask.

If you want to practice community care, wear a mask.

If you want to show solidarity with disabled and marginalized people, wear a mask.

If you want to fight fascism, wear a mask.

We need people as healthy as possible so they can resist. Mask up.

"Neurologic, pulmonary, and cardiovascular symptoms were the most prevalent"

"Death rates were also higher in those with and without neurologic signs at 3 years"
