I guess I should also add that a key difference between the Trump investigation and the Comey indictment is that *Trump did something obviously and significantly wrong*. Like, if you can't grok that distinction as important, I don't know what to say.

Cubs beat the Brewers, 4-3, to force Game 4 tomorrow night at Wrigley.

If the Phillies get swept in LA, first pitch will be 6:08 p.m. If Phillies win tonight, Cubs-Brewers Game 4 will be at 8:08 p.m.

With fewer than 60 lawyers, we are currently litigating 63 voting and election cases in 30 states — a number that will almost certainly rise in the weeks to come. The only thing that could cause it to fall anytime soon would be court closures resulting from the Republican-caused government shutdown.

There is no left-wing violence in Chicago or Portland. It simply is not happening.

It's so not happening, in fact, that Republicans in Oregon took footage from two South American countries to create a hoax photo about Portland.

They have no actual violent footage to put forward.

Trump’s running the country through an iPhone app and there’s a good chance other countries are listening in. Zero chance the clowns at Truth Social are smarter than foreign intelligence agencies.

Pritzker: "He wants to militarize major cities because he wants us to get used to the idea of troops on the streets. I believe he's gonna post people outside of polling places and if he needs to in order to control those elections, he'll assume control of the ballot boxes & count the votes himself"

They are not Trump's enemies. They are critics and opponents. He sees them as enemies, because that's how autocrats perceive their critics. NYT should not repeat and normalize authoritarian discourse.

Literally unconstitutional; Congress has the power of the purse under Article I. Trump is trying to create a personalist regime where every dollar of federal spending is allocated at his whim.

I know everyone has moved on

But according to new CNU Virginia poll

Spanberger is up +13% on handling trans issue

It is top of mind for only 3% of voters

After GOP spent 2 months and millions pushing message

Perhaps why they have shifted focus in recent days…
