El Salvador had agreed to imprison assured Tren de Aragua members only. But, untold numbers of the deportees have no criminal record—some were shipped there by mistake, including Abrego Garcia, and 8 women (CECOT is a male-only prison).

If I were Judge Xinis, I would order the government to produce, in her courtroom, officials who were in a position to answer her questions and to do so under oath.
