Misoprostol is used in many aspects of OBGYN care (abortion, miscarriage management, cervical prep) and to treat ulcers. Methotrexate is used to treat ectopic pregnancies and in the management of autoimmune disorders like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis.

In case anyone forgot, this administration had already prohibited public funding of mRNA vaccine research. Moderna was one of the single biggest private funders of mRNA vaccine research. This will set us back decades.

It has been an extremely challenging year for the federal workforce, & the shutdown / reopening has only compounded the situation: inconsistent backpay; managers kept in the dark while trying to guide staff; tension between those who worked during the shutdown & those who didn’t; etc.
