The running joke with me has always been that Cassandra is the self insert and Ellana is the idealised version of myself.
Sometimes I remember that one of the most legendary Cassandra/Female Inquisitor writers exists and it saddens me that they don't write anymore and aren't active in fandom anymore.

They're both very private but the only people that are brave enough to make any kind of comment about them is Dorian and Leliana.

Lmao I ended up writing over 3200 words of smut. Oops.

One of the girls I went to highschool with over 20 years ago who I talked out of suicide and talked to whenever she wanted to self harm is currently on honeymoon with her wife.
