indeed and nothing new for the red cross, which, back in the day, reported that detainees in nazi concentration camps were well cared for.
The ICRC regularly reminds us of the consequences of misguided neutrality. Rather than working to prevent systematic Russian war crimes such as the abduction of children, the torture of prisoners and the execution of soldiers, the ICRC is aiding the aggressor by equating perpetrators and victims.

European troops to 'bolster confidence', I guess means French and UK and possibly Polish and Turkish? not sure any other EU troops will be very confidence building.
An 800,000-strong Ukrainian army would provide the first line of postwar deterrence, with the US providing intelligence and monitoring, and troops from European nations stationed away from the front lines to bolster confidence.

no way! just kidding - the lesser UK universities have moved nearly all assessments to easily cheatable coursework knowing many of the students don't have the level to pass otherwise; a clamp down on universities of dubious academic quality is long overdue
