As a heavy reddit and twitter user for a decade the loss of both in such a short time as open and reliable services is really upsetting. Feels like the open internet at all grew up with is descending into terrible walled gardens with everything else being seo and ai slop.

Honestly having a really strong understanding of your walk-away point & what you’re willing to accept or not (and sticking to it!) is so helpful.
A lot of situations/people will push to see how little you’ll accept, but they can & will accommodate more. Happens in politics all the time but life too

I was raised to use the juice from a lime to wash my body before soaping and/or after rinsing off suds during a shower. Similar effect, but also your body smells and feels really fresh afterwards.

If you like and can have them, bring one into a hot shower with you, claw into it with your hands to peel, eat orange with gusto, toss peel over drain and let citrus oils fill your shower
