i think one of the biggest periods of growth in my artwork was 3 years ago, when i had the pleasure of illustrating for @archive15.bsky.social's mörk borg setting, "dead reign"

i'm still very proud these pieces

Some of the carriages have clawing hands and fingers reaching out through the windows and bars. some of the carts in the foreground have decaying bodies on them. A lone living figure loots one of the carts in the middle of the composition. A black and white illustration of sunset over a vista of wheat fields that go off into the mountainous horizon, and are bordered by distant forests. Scattered throughout the fields are a half dozen bonfires where dark plumes of smoke rise into the darkening sky. Tall robed figures carry wood from the forests to the bonfires to keep them lit. In the foreground you can see that skeletons lie beneath the lush fronds of wheat. A black and white illustration of the shard of a mountain peak piercing dense clouds. The mountain top is covered with sharp briars, and has a long stone staircase that leads up to a Romanesque temple. While the future of libraries is currently unknown, make sure you have as many library cards as possible and use them regularly. Libraries need active patrons. Books that get checked out are more likely to stay in the library system. Purchase requests also play a role in what books are available.
