Exactly. Put all that money into increasing teacher numbers and pay.

NOTHING for "A.i.," EVER.
So many kids and young adults are unsupervised, lonely, and isolated. They are vulnerable to this chatbot BS. They need safe opportunities to socialize and form relationships with actual humans. They need more teachers, not more AI. Smaller classes, not AI powered "learning"
The document does not mention the suicides and deaths associated with "A.i." products produced by your partners. It does not address the cognitive decline associated with these "A.i." products. It does not address the fact that Trump is pushing these companies to make these LLMs more right wing.

Left: French chore coat (just one of many regional variations)

Right: LL Bean barn coat

If the lore is to be believed, the American barn coat was originally called a hunting coat (or LL Bean Maine Warden jacket) bc it was used for hunting. It was renamed "barn coat" to appeal to urban customers.

This has happened before. In the late 1930s, Eddie Bauer doctored a photo of their original store, removing the animal carcasses. This was to appeal to urban lifestyle customers drawn to the idea of outdoor life, but didn't like the idea of hunting. Hence renaming hunting coats to barn coats postwar

Trump is completely insane freak of a man and you’ll never convince me it’s not a wild black swan event he was ever president. Republicans will keep churning out bad candidates and Trump is enabling a lot of classic GOP corruption but we’ll never have a president like him again

I look at it differently. Being stupid might get you work, but if you want to succeed for 30 years you'd better hire competent people.

It's almost an impossible task to have effective QA over such a large number of documents when redacting. Unless you have teams of people working around the clock on them

Integrity is not at issue here. It's being stupid. They either did not know how to redact correctly, or they tried to cut corners.

I would hope that anyone who's been with us for more than a minute understands that one thing we don't do here is some kind of Sorkin act.
I, personally, wished we lived in a world where attorneys willing to act in bad faith for Trump or the government faced personal or professional consequences for doing so.

I am saying that, to this point, we do not live in such a world.

I wish we did. But no sense pretending otherwise.

Trump has revoked legal status for at least 1.6 million immigrants over the past year by cancelling programs like TPS and student visas.

Remember: these are people who entered the country legally.

Trump never cared about “legal immigration" — just inflicting cruelty.
