I turned 51 today and it's crazy to think that I'm probably over a third of the way through my life, like in 2100 I'm going to be a legitimately old man, I probably won't be able to do some of the things I do today. I may not even live to see 2125. Wild.

I saw that post about turning your phone black and white to use it less and it didn’t make any difference at all except making things harder for me to see (which did not alone do the trick). Does it take time to kick in, I wonder
