Half the amount that everyone currently pays could provide universal healthcare. Private health companies don’t need to exist. Eliminate them. And use your collective buying power and economies of scale to get it done. Every cent of their profit is healthcare denied.

cuban is a fascinating character to me because he basically won the lottery by managing to sell an early internet radio station to yahoo! at the height of the dot com bubble. he apparently believes this qualifies him to speak as a subject matter expert on any venture he attempts
i don't think cuban is really being straight with anyone regarding his open mindedness towards the provision of health care
