Yes. You are right. All parties have been involved in cutting bed numbers to the dangerous levels we are seeing in the NHS today. However, the Conservatives have been in power for 14 of the past 16 years and ignored all the warning signs to stop cutting.
The bed cuts began long before the LibCon coalition.
