I mentioned that we live in an era of abundance of choice, which makes it easier for most people to find things like video games to play compared to the past, and The Saddest Male Victim Alive indicated that it was a poor observation because sometimes his depression stops him from choosing easily 😭😂
What’s the funniest reason someone got mad at you on Bluesky this year?

On December 14th, I sat across from 142 New Yorkers as they shared their concerns, their dreams, the leadership they long for from City Hall. Our campaign was built around listening to the people of New York, and we will govern in the same way. Tomorrow, we get to work.

Reports from inside Russia make it clear that there was no Ukrainian drone attack on Putin's compound. The compound is protected by SAMs, anti-aircraft guns, and fighter jets, none of which deployed. No person in the region heard or saw any evidence of an attack.

Putin lied; Trump believed him.

AN honest statement of opinion cannot be libel under US law.

In my honest opinion, Trump is a rapist, a child abuser, a fraudster, senile, incompetent, and corrupt to the heart of his being.

Oh, wait: those are also protected by the absolute Defense of truth.

I am begging you, folks. When someone posts something hopeful, restrain your desire to tell them why their hope is untenable, doomed to fail, or make some unreasonable political analogy out of it.

LET US BREATHE AND DREAM.

Apparently Americans need to be reminded yet again that we have never suspended elections during a war. Lincoln was reelected during the Civil War (a large part of why we have absentee voting), FDR during WW2. It's never been true, and scaring folks with untrue things makes you not a good person.

This is not hard. Artists are not responsible for ensuring the Kennedy Center remains relevant and successful. The center’s board is responsible for that, in a fiduciary way. All of this energy being directed at artists should be re-directed at the board.

if democratic electeds truly believe trump is an existential threat to democracy, an autocrat, and a pedophile, they should stop voting for his nominees/legislation and should plan to raze every single thing named after him or changed because of him when he leaves office

This K9 clocked out of work for the last time back in November 2025. Meet Boston’s retired TSA canine, Hunter. He’s now fulfilling his retirement mission of snacking and snoozing on repeat. With 9 pawsome years of service, this good boi deserves some serious relaxation.
