Go ahead and block me if you want to, but you keep putting words in my mouth.

Now is the time to push the Democrats to be better and message better. They can attach this to Trump, absolutely, but they should not insinuate ICE is only bad because of Trump.

I don't want Newsom's ICE. I want it gone.

I’m ok. I’m a survivor so this small agitator isn’t going to intimidate me from doing my work.

I don’t let bullies win.

Grateful to my incredible constituents who rallied behind me. Minnesota strong.

I don’t think we should make concessions to the Masked Murderers Guild of America. I don’t think we should compromise so the Masked Murderers Guild of America stops using kidnapped kids from schools as bait. I thought this was already illegal. The Masked Murderers Guild of America should not exist.

Infectious diseases do not magically disappear just because you stop tracking and reporting. This is dangerous.
When diseases spread in silence, outbreaks go undetected for much longer and containment is more difficult.
All of this means more avoidable deaths.

One thing I see liberal outlets giving ground on that I feel the need to correct: it’s impossible to “dox” a paid public official
By simply reporting their name, institutional role, and political affiliations

The guy genuinely gave a shit.

And the empathy vampires murdered him for it.
CNN reporting that a week before Alex Pretti was killed, 5 agents tackled him and he suffered a broken rib. CNN says he stopped his car after he saw ICE agents interacting with a family on foot and began to blow his whistle. Source tells CNN Pretti believed “That day he thought he was going to die”

You cannot sacrifice basic right and wrong in the name of campaigns.

You identify what's wrong. You press on that. And then you attach it to the opposition.

You don't just say the opposition is bad. I need to know they are on my side and not just trying to get elected.

I heard someone say it was “extreme” to demand the names of the ICE agents who murdered Alex Pretti.

No. Demanding government disclosure of the names of government agents when they kill Americans is moderate.

Wanting to read the names off the plaque at a mass grave would be, perhaps, extreme.

It's not quite the most pressing issue at the moment, but the American people absolutely have a right to know the names of the federal officials who shot and killed a man peacefully protesting, who was on his knees, prone in the street when they shot him in the back.

If I see you use this word, I'll block you. If you use it "satirically" I'll block you. Using it at all today is a really fine test of character.

I've had some of my books edited because I used it twenty years ago and I'm ashamed today of having used it.

Perry: Abolish ICE? How about DHS altogether.
"We have models for how to structure federal immigration oversight that doesn't rely on an unaccountable masked secret police force running rampant in our streets," David M. Perry writes.

Still can't believe they immediately put the officers who killed Pretti back in the field. Even if the shooting had been justified (it wasn't), it's just incredibly callous and reckless -- to the public, but also to the officers themselves. Just a sociopathic dearth of humanity.

CBP chief Bovino has confirmed that the officers who executed Alex Pretti in the street yesterday are not only *not on administrative leave,* they have all been reassigned to other jurisdictions and are all on the street today.

This is totally unheard of for any officer-involved shooting

I second everything John said here. I already knew Greg Ketter from DreamHaven Books was a good person so this really isn’t surprising, but at 70 he shouldn’t have to be walking through tear gas on a Minneapolis street to try to protect his neighbors. Abolish Ice.
Remember the other day when I was saluting my friend Greg Ketter, owner of Minneapolis’ DreamHaven Books? This is him the following day. Greg will never say this, so I will — now is a great time to buy books from DreamHaven. Support Americans who stand up vs. 🧊. dreamhavenbooks.com
