Underfund to make gov’t institutions not function as well as they could, then say the institution doesn’t help, and use that as an excuse to cut funding more. Even if the institution is more cost-effective and provides better care than civilian options. Or if the service wouldn’t occur otherwise.

I think it’s important to point out: ICE does NOT have the same authority as a police officer. They do NOT have the power to enforce laws, only to engage in their specific tasks.

IE: they don’t do traffic, etc. impeding traffic is not a penalty ICE can enforce against

There are many ways of course Congress could limit or regulate ICE. For example, a law could require approval of the mayor or local authorities for any deployment of ICE or CBP to any community.

These will be useful to show that Trump effected a SHIFT--from spending on things that help people (like VA care) TO snatching grannies.

if you want to know what it is like in minneapolis, I don’t even have to scroll on facebook to find a horror story. it’s basically my whole feed.

everyone i know in minneapolis is seeing ICE take people—at gas stations, taquerias, bus stops, schools. just snatching random people.

He definitely didn't, even subjectively.
He was itching for an excuse. He created one. Unfortunately for him, it was woefully invalid/inadequate for self-defense and was caught on video(s).

I heard a good point. If that officer felt “threatened” by that lady such that he had to kill her, he is too fragile to be a cop.

The doctor who was prevented from administering aid was indeed a medical doctor. He doesn't wish to speak to the media but I know his identity and can confirm the person who tried to help Renee Good and was prevented to by ICE is indeed an internal medicine doctor in Minnesota.

/8 A huge part of what makes it very hard to convict Jonathan Ross for murder was baked into America generations before Trump was President. That’s the primary factor that lets law enforcement kill with impunity, not Trump.

Here’s a comment for the people who are upset that MN hasn’t charged Jonathan Ross already:

If you just Leeeroy Jenkins this shit you will lose and you will empower fascism and murder.

It is indescribably hard to prosecute cops for murder. It is even hard when the murder is ON VIDEO.
