Just a quick note to say nobody since 2007 has qualified for full social security (based solely on age) at 65. Nobody since 2020 has qualified at age 66. The current age is 67.
I’ve been working since I was 14. I think 53 years of an approximate 80-90 year lifespan is more than sufficient.

But he’s right that 65 is too young to get social security. We can’t afford it anymore.
Medicare though needs a different solution. Raising the retirement age won’t fix why it’s expensive.
