Since 2016, I have been thinking about how to make a compelling case to the American electorate for character and virtue in our national leaders.
Most people wouldn't want Trump as a friend, neighbor, employee, or co-worker. Yet, we elected him to a second term.

1/ Tina Peters is in prison for criminally breaching election security, not for exposing fraud. No court, audit, or investigation found widespread voter fraud in Colorado. Mail-in voting in Colorado has existed for years, is used by voters across parties, and has been upheld by courts.

it is actually kind of bananas how unitary executive theorists have taken a straightforward clause requiring the president to "faithfully execute the laws" and transformed it into a grant for the exercise of limitless unenumerated power.
The Take Care Clause was a byproduct of the lessons learned from the Glorious Revolution that the executive should not be able to dispense with the law promulgated by the legislature. It was not a constitutional provision to empower the executive branch— but to constrain it!
