Where are all the takes about Cuomo underperforming? Every mayor who's won with around 50% in the last 30+ years (Dinkins, Giuliani I, Bloomberg I and III) all won against an opponent who got 46-48% of the vote. Cuomo underperformed all of them!!!
Thirdway has a memo out about how Mamdani's politics won't work in the rest of the country but they wrote it before he won and forgot to replace "X%" with his actual margin. lol.
