If this is not reversed quickly, there is a real risk that young members harm themselves because of this decision. Imagine being stripped of your community as a teenage trans girl already dealing with so much in the current environment. Unforgivable.

Sorry, I'm not letting any fantasised notions of Girlguiding UK being destroyed by TERF legal action fly. They are huge with £50+million in assets and £10+million in reserves. They could have fought this and not been destroyed by a loss!

My mum's done over 38 years for GirlGuiding. A Queen's Guide, she ran Brownie troupes, was a commissioner, even had her Brownie troupe at her wedding.
Tonight, bc of this decision, she has requested immediate removal of her membership because she stands with ALL women and girls, not just cis ones.
