"Was the officer struck by the vehicle, as President Trump insists, or did the car pass by or around him?"
If we only had some trusted institution that could adjudicate between competing claims by relying on facts.

They’ve had their necks kneeled on.

They’ve been held outside in the rain while in their underwear.

The government does not track how often immigration agents grab citizens. So ProPublica did. Our tally — almost certainly incomplete — includes people who were held for days without a lawyer. And near...

Grim statistics in two simple infographics.

In 2025, Ukrainians endured countless air raid alerts. The Kharkiv region alone faced more than 2,000.

Russia launched 100,000 drones against us, 60,000 glide bombs, and 2,400 missiles.

And this does cross a red line of violating the UN Charter -- where the boat strikes on high seas had not.

Which could have major implications for mail in voting — it’s a clever way to disenfranchise voters that’s going largely overlooked

The Russians damaged a tank containing sunflower oil, causing it to spill into the estuary and then into the sea.

Birds affected by the oil spill were taken to the Odesa Zoo for rehabilitation.

In the last few months, less than a dozen such crashes involved people who DHS claims are unlawfully present. From that, a moral panic has been created.

The US Administration has banned Americans from *adopting babies* from much of the African continent.

Adopting.

Babies.

What trait do those babies have that, when they grow up as fully American adults, would make them a threat to our country in any form?
On that last post: I genuinely cannot think of any good-faith reason to bar international adoptions from those 39 countries. Under this new ban, consulates will refuse adoption visas for any baby from Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, Nigeria, or any of the 39 other countries.
