Primarily post about hockey. Ardent Habs fan. Dismayed about the state of democracy. Looking forward to a victory for Ukraine over Russia.
Jake Evans is a mess right now. His 5v5 Corsi was 13%. The Struble/Hutson pairing is not working, either.

Lots of talk about size tonight but the Sens were constantly first on the puck. Size doesn't help there. #Habs looked disorganized... absolutely no chemistry on offense or defense.

Not going to blame Monty on that one. No one covering the high slot... again. Veleno the culprit this time?

I'm watching the 3rd on my phone... the mistakes seem to be smaller 🙃

Not a good night defensively for forwards - in particular, Jake Evans and the 1st line.

Jake Evans - on ice for 3 Ottawa goals
Caufield - 2
Bolduc - 2
Suzuki - 1

On defense, only the Xhekaj Carrier haven't been on the ice for a goal against.

I'm done... there are better things to do than watch a stale effort like this one.
December 3, 2025 at 1:28 AM
In this game, the #Habs don't look like anything remotely close to a playoff team.
December 3, 2025 at 1:20 AM
Either Caufield or Evans needs to be aware of the guy coming late into the slot... too much puck watching.

Are we back to this with Monty? 😬

I may be the only one, but I hope there’s actually zero fights and we actually see high level playoff type hockey back-and-forth with lots of big hits and great plays. Ottawa and Montreal are even in points… both teams will want to win this game for sure , it should make for a great intense game IMO

Well done for PM Carney.

Carney and Smith aren't vibin'... Carney knows the likelihood of this project getting off the ground is slim to none. He just lobbed the ball into Smith's court, keeping her busy while he concentrates on more viable initiatives. The hand wringing is amazing. 🙄
No customers
No real financial backers
No actual business case that examines the market in 8-10 years.
Just Carney and Smith vibin’ on billion dollar fidget spinners. (they will be all the rage again, I pinky swear!)
