Yes, it's a mess. And there's no way for solicited reviewers to suggest alternate suggested reviewers besides emailing the journal directly, which is then (hopefully) forwarded to me the editor. Also, there's no indication that authors can suggest reviewers ??

Yes it was, the judge ruled that there was no evidence guard was needed and so that also applied to any guard from any state going to portland

Sometimes I think about how from 1935-1975ish, Bell Labs produced an insane amount of revolutionary science and technology, including 11 Nobel Prizes, the transistor, UNIX, C, the laser, the solar cell, information theory, etc. The secret? Provide scientists with ample, steady, no-strings funding.
