If games companies don't want to pay voice actors what they could do is just not have spoken dialogue. Games did that for decades. It's fine. Just DON'T USE THE PLAGIARISM SLOP MACHINE OH MY GOD IT IS NOT HARD TO NOT USE IT YOU JUST DON'T USE IT THAT IS ALL. GAMES DO NOT ALL NEED VOICES.

I'm never giving money to the DNC again. To individual candidates - progressive candidates - yes. But until the party figures out how to actually stand up and fucking fight, I have no use for it.

Every introvert on my timeline shuddering at that story about Target requiring employees to smile & make eye contact if a customer gets near them. If I still shopped there, I'd be plotting a course through the aisles that avoided all employees like a real-life video game. So many levels of bad 🙃

8 months ago I had a vision: what if we had a unified, track-based dataset of all severe events?
Still a lot of improvements I can make to the algorithm itself, but otherwise, looks like we have one now. I can't wait to see what we can do with this 👀
