Trump is NOT scared of the Epstein files you guys. He has heard people talking about that for a year and skirted around it. He holds them. If pushed to release he will just accidentally destroy them.

What he is SCARED OF is TESTIMONY from JACK SMITH. He is scared because he can't control that.

Today is one of those days where I’m struck anew by how *bad* the internet has gotten. It’s almost unusable. Clouds, apps, advertising — nothing is where it should be and it’s nigh impossible sometimes to do basic tasks online.

To be clear, Trump saying that the release of the Epstein files will hurt his friends is an admission that there is no hoax and that he knows what's in the files.

so, so true
Rather than take up smoking as a 2nd-term crutch, I’ve dabbled in watching the NFL again, but turns out that avoiding commercials for a decade means I can’t really jump back in. NFL broadcasts are like a Facebook feed of dismal AI & huckster patriotism, not worth it when you’ve seen life without it.

I’m going to need to see the declination memos from DoJ where they declined to prosecute the Epstein co-conspirators, and I’m gonna need to see them for every single person they declined to prosecute.

Lawmakers from both sides of the political aisle have turned on Attorney General Pam Bondi and have reportedly begun drafting articles of impeachment following the heavily opaque release of the Epstein files.
Bondi faces calls to be jailed as bipartisan impeachment articles are drafted
Several lawmakers accused Bondi of flouting the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which mandated the government to provide full disclosure of the Justice Department's findings related to the disgraced f...

In light of the Epstein Blackout, shouldn’t Khanna and Massie demand Johnson call the House back into session? (If he won’t, can they somehow hijack the pro forma session scheduled for Tuesday Dec. 23?) And Senators should make a similar demand of Thune.

We don't need any plans, any savings accounts, or any deductibles, copays or EOBs. We just need a national healthcare system for everyone. Go to the doctor when sick, go home to recover.

Remember: The recipe for economic growth isn’t tax cuts for the rich. It’s investment in our people — in health care, infrastructure and education — to build a strong middle class.

You don't grow the economy through trickle-down nonsense.

it is actually kind of bananas how unitary executive theorists have taken a straightforward clause requiring the president to "faithfully execute the laws" and transformed it into a grant for the exercise of limitless unenumerated power.
The Take Care Clause was a byproduct of the lessons learned from the Glorious Revolution that the executive should not be able to dispense with the law promulgated by the legislature. It was not a constitutional provision to empower the executive branch— but to constrain it!
