Everyone Hates Elon: “[Musk] is the richest person in the world,” UK-based EHE says. “He’s got $200 billion richer last year while nurses in this country have to use food banks. And he thinks he’s got a right to talk about what British people need or want.”

How can that be?

He just stopped all the IRS audits of rich people.

These properties won't sell. As I've written, Class B and C (older) commercial real estate properties have no value without a tenant. If the government doesn't guarantee its presence, they won't even get the land value. And a fire sale anyway could seriously damage CRE markets.

Indiana's gender affirming care ban, including an aiding and abetting provision, is likely constitutional.

It cites Dobbs 21 times.

The ruling was a divided 2-1 ruling, with the two judges being a Bush and Trump appointee.
