this is not a good time to be a fan of times new roman... it's such a good typeface!! please stop politicizing my favorite serif typeface!!
with that said, sans serif being more accessible for those with disabilities, I wish they would pick a better sans serif than fuckin calibri lol

why the heck does office cost so much??? either $100/yr or $20/month?? or a one time, one DEVICE purchase of $150??? if they had a $5/month thing for just word + powerpoint + excel, I'd pay that no question...

apparently there is an "exception form" I can send to my insurer (fed plan) to continue getting coverage for gender affirming care. their official page on "sex trait modification" promises that the form will be available "by 12/1/25." well... it's 12/2/25, & guess what's nowhere to be found?

I haven't been "into" tech for several years (once upon a time I kept up with every new device & held strong opinions about such things as headphone jacks & battery size) but the steam machine has revived my interest somewhat... please please please don't cost a bajillion dollars...

confession, I tried using chatgpt to code a webpage that I was making for fun, to see what fancy things it could do. and it could do some very, very fancy things. but I found it impossible to communicate my vision to it, and its solutions were always way overcomplicated...
