the 'don't code like a girl' thing I kept hearing was so fucking weird growing up with a mom who literally helped build silicon valley in the 70's and 80's doing coding, and then most CS majors I know had the most even split of men/women/and whatever designation they want I've ever seen in college

There isn’t much for our Supreme Court to hear, the Constitution is already clear. And just to be absolutely clear: the Supreme Court does not have the power to overrule or rewrite our Constitution.

I'm tired of the over-engineered heat/AC systems in cars these days. They keep making it more and more like a home thermostat system, so I get into this uber and it's way too hot and I turn it way down to 67°F and it's still putting out hot air. Put out the temperature that it says!

Due to Thanksgiving our food bank delivery for the week was canceled. I've extended our food reserves as far as they can go but we are completely flat broke due to rent and need food.
