The former Philippines president on trial for that in the Hague.
New in PN: Trump follows through on an especially ugly campaign promise

"For years, Donald Trump has fantasized about lawlessly killing 'drug dealers.' Now he's making that happen even as he pardons actual drug kingpins."
Trump follows through on an especially ugly campaign promise
He's talked about executing drug dealers for a decade.

All there is now is 'thoughts and prayers' and those have become a meaningless platitude.
I wish I could pinpoint where we pivoted from being community-based to self-centrist. I do know it was apparent when I was a teenager in the 80s that there was a prevalence of "me first," and "I'm right." But IDK where it started

Verrry interesting but stupid.
Running gag goes meta as Johnson says he knows nothing about Trump knowing nothing
RAJU: Last week you were very critical of Biden's use of the autopen. But Trump admitted on 60 Minutes to not knowing he pardoned a crypto billionaire who pleaded guilty to money laundering. Does that also concern you?

MIKE JOHNSON: I don't know anything about that. I didn't see it. I'm not sure.

During the Hitler era individuals and organizations buried or otherwise hid valuables and national treasures. It's time to start digging.
Very Trump-era story.
1. The sword has no meaning for Charles, but matters for the Eisenhower Museum.
2. Illegal for the museum to give away US property!
3. Trump makes no distinction between personal/public property.
4. The person who did the right thing was fired.

ICE is supposed to update the locator in 8 hours but they are not especially when private detention facilities are involved. ICE is also supposed to inform the embassy of the country of the detainee's birth but I don't know if that is happening either.
Have you tried searching for her on this website? locator.ice.gov/odls/

JB Pritzker: "Do you carry with you citizenship papers? How do you prove to somebody that you're a US citizen?
Your accent? The color or your skin?
That's not the country we live in. You shouldn't have to walk around with papers the way they did in Nazi Germany"

They can't have intelligence at the Pentagon!
Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Kruse has served in the Air Force and military intelligence for nearly 35 years. He's been leading the Defense Intelligence Agency for the past 18 months.

He made the mistake of telling the truth about Trump's strikes on Iran, and Hegseth fired him.

What's going to happen when iCE kidnaps soccer players from African and South American nations competing at the World Cup simply because ICE has a habit of profiling. Simply put, if the teams decide to go for a walk in between games, will they be picked up? Mark my words, this will be a reality.

tRump will sell the tanks to the highest bidder for personal profit. The parade is just the sales pitch.
lol/cry what if it's actually a coup, staged to look like a parade and the tanks never leave?
In preparation for next week’s parade/demonstration, tanks are being moved into Washington, DC today. Unprecedented.

I sent former Senator Mitt Romney lots of quotes from his father Governor George Romney and he was not enlightened. I'm guessing sending RFK quotes to Jr won't help either especially because of the brain worms.

I'm sure Ed Martin has walked through a library at some point. In this administration that qualifies him to be Librarian of Congress.
The Trump administration keeps losing in court! Trump withdrew his nomination of Ed Martin as U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. (Of course he nominated judge box of whine) BUT the point remains pushing back works.
