This whole thread is so spot on, but this is especially something I want more creatives to internalize.
The process is part of it. Ideas will never materialize fully formed, even if they feel really close. You'll only know when you start putting pen to paper and live in that world you're making.

The act of writing is *thinking*. If you do not allow yourself to think thoughts that feel wrong, you will never get a feel for what feels *right*.

There are thousands of templates for free to make your shitty presentation that maybe 3 people will look at or care about. You don't need to use ai to make these things. Just slap text on a slide, no one cares.

One thing that pisses me off so much about this push to remove NSFW content from Steam and Itch.io is that it only punishes people who accurately warn about their content.
Adding content labels should be the norm so people can filter, but it also puts a target on creators' backs.

A big win! A panel of judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit just blocked the Trump administration’s push to move forward with massive layoffs. The court denied the government’s request to overturn a lower court ruling, meaning the layoffs can’t happen, for now.
