So deeply not kidding when I say that the current paradigm of "Gen AI" is doing deep, lasting harm to our ability to make knowledge, meaning, & truth w/ each other.

I recently saw a publishing job that wanted a bachelors degree and the pay was 35k a year. Asking for someone to pay for a 4yr degree and then paying that little is ludicrous especially knowing the numerous extra hours this industry demands.
"bypassing traditional milestones" is a funny way of saying that most of us can't afford to buy a house with multiple jobs, won't have children because we can't afford them, most of our degrees are useless, and we are the poorest generation among all current living generations

The mistake being made about Meta is to say they're just doing this to make conservatives happy. They've been doing that a decade+. Removing fact checkers and bringing back political content means there will be more stuff that gets more people mad which creates more engagement. Growth at all costs.
