Rewatched The Rehearsal in anticipation of season 2 (April 20th) and feel more strongly than ever that it is perfect. A singular glimpse at the bizarre fractalization of chaos, humanity, waste, insanity, collaboration, bureaucracy, and farce of tv production.

The other big problem with using generative AI to help you write is that it makes you a huge fuckin loser
One danger of embracing generative AI as a learning device and in language assistance is that you're letting the keepers of that AI have power over what you learn and how you write. It will be programmed with biases, unintentional but often *quite* intentional, that you will unknowingly adopt.

We need to recognize and protect the pure things in this life; there are so few of them.
"I had not touched a cat in 15 years when an orange kitten wandered over to sit with me in the grass one day. I was left without adequate words to describe that experience. It reminded me that I am alive."
When Kittens Came to My Prison, I Had Not Petted One in 15 Years

If you're feeling despair it's because you have a moral compass. It means you're not empty on the inside - that you nurse hope and a sense of justice in a cage next to your heart. You're one of my people and I'll stand with you. There are more of us than they want you to believe. Hold fast.

People should probably learn the difference between “plot holes” and “things I didn’t like” or “things the franchise plans to explain in the future” or “things film makers didn’t think they needed to explicitly explain because they thought you had critical thinking skills”.
