I don’t mean to sound extreme, but I don’t think we should have torture camps for people with criminal records either.

"In Jefferson Parish Public Schools, 38.7 percent of students are Hispanic. Attendance records show that last week, 29 schools had an average of 15 percent or more of their students absent each day. During the same week in December last year, only two schools reached that threshold."

Broad Street has long been an epicenter of Black-owned business and is now a hub for the city's Latino community.

US Citizen detained by ICE: Clearly it didn't matter that I was a citizen, a veteran, or identified who I was. They ignored everything I said. They just broke my window and dragged me out. I let them know I was a veteran, I wasn't doing anything wrong, just trying to get to work.

We ordered lunch from them yesterday. The pupusa sandwich was 🔥 and their espressochata got me through my day with a smile!!! So good and so affordable!
We've been Tia Maria's regulars for a while. Standard order: Maduros Con Frijoles Y Crema, Pupusas Revueltas, and a couple orders of Queso Frito which are really good with their chimichurri.

Anyway they and many local favs are basically under siege by the terror state. www.nola.com/entertainmen...

Let’s definitely make this a thing guys. Businesses have the right to refuse service. I for one will never rec the Hilton again.
If I see a business serving ICE or Border Patrol agents, I will take a picture and post it and never visit that business again. #nolasky
