if you allow authors of these kinds of papers to occupy intellectual and social spaces without intervention on your part, you're helping to normalize phrenology and other pseudoscientific racist garbage. you're saying to the world and to yourself that this is at least contestable, if not valid, work

It's interesting seeing the different ways resistance has formed in different cities. Los Angeles Organized, Chicago Radicalized, and Portland Got Weird as Fuck. All 3 have had success unifying their respective cities.

Simple! They utilized modal filters and created neighborhood greenways. Not only prioritizing pedestrians and bikes but also reducing rat running on side streets.
