This is a lie.

There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

But this is an outright lie. Pure fabrication. A fraud on the public.

The Tory party needs to relearn this double quick. That is the path that enables them to defeat Reform, not this stupid imitation game.

These stupid people don't understand what makes us a success. What Britains superpower actually is.

Our strength comes from our collective horror at state officials wearing masks seizing people in the US.

The brilliance of Britain is that it is a concept. Its whole point is it is a *liberal* place.

We don't care what religion you are, what colour your skin is, what your backgorund is, what your beliefs are. We don't subject anyone to the choices of others.

We invented liberalism.

I hate to sound like some ancient old throwback, but I don't recognise the country I am living in.

When did racism become acceptable again?

Why do we have to rely on ageing retired Engand fullbacks for guidance on the misuse of flags?

I've had that here in Liverpool. I sent it to the bus company who didn't give a single care. Just astonishing.

While many bus drivers are great, enough aren't that I view them as an active danger to my safety.

Example: I just called out a bus driver for driving 3m behind me (and trying to overtake in a narrow section of roadworks). I asked him about stopping distances:
Me: “What would have happened if I’d have fallen off my bike with you driving that close?”
Him: “Well that’s called an accident isn’t it.”

Here's the judgement concerned from South Caroline Circuit Court. For anyone tempted to believe it's all made up. Also look up the trump officials criticizing the judgements.

And I think this is way *worse* than the Corbyn years as while the man himself had some nutty or vile ideas, they generally didn't make it into the party policy *because* half the PLP would have walked out or threatened to if they did (as would/did some of his more sensible allies).

Six weeks ago, I picked up a year-old tawny owl with a broken leg off the main road near our home and dropped him off at our nearest vet.

After a few days, I received one of the most bizarre phone calls I’ve ever had, asking “So when are you coming to pick up your owl?” 🧵

It tells you everything you need to know about British politics that the only people who have ever had to apologise for Nigel Farage's long history of racism are the people who dare to call it what it actually is

Nigel Farage Is a Racist
The media is refusing to state the most bleedingly obvious facts about a man whose entire career has been devoted to pursuing a racist political agenda

Also actually I am sick of how much you hear about GDPR when absolutely every fucker signs you up to their email list by default no matter how careful you are not to opt in.

This article manages to name her husband before it names… her.
Article reads:
Woman named as Archbishop of Canterbury in historic first

The 63-year-old archbishop-designate is married to Eamonn Mullally, with whom she has two children. Originally from Woking in Surrey, she was the UK's chief nursing officer from 1999 to 2004.

I thought their response to the request was particularly tone deaf, pretending that the police presence was only needed if they were arrested, rather than because all protests need a police presence as part of public safety.

On Yom Kippur many Jewish people in Britain have their phones off to mark the holy day.

As it ends at 723pm, some will hear the tragic Manchester news for the first time.

At that time, please join many of us to send a message of solidarity to British Jews. Thanks Together coalition for proposing.
To everyone in Britain's Jewish Community: you are not alone.

We will not let hate or those who spread it win.

Hey scumbags, Jews in Manchester have fuck all to do with Palestine or Israel. Commenting beneath news stories about dead British Jews with 'what about Palestinians?' is just fucking antisemitic bullshit. If you think Jews are your enemy, you are the enemy.

Jews are not Israel.

If the median voter is racist, they should feel attacked. If they’re not then it’s not an attack on them. When did calling out racism become more offensive than racism.

Funny how mainstream media are ignoring the Nathan Gill story, but were bouncing up and down with apoplexy over an innocent mistake by Angela Rayner.

It’s increasingly clear that convicted Russian influencer Nathan Gill was a senior member of Farage’s entourage. (Banks and Wigmore were also in and out of the Russian embassy sharing FBI files, RT talking points, and discussing gold and diamond privatisation deals)
