hey for anyone who might want to actually own their kindle books instead of renting them, or who might be thinking of switching to kobo etc and will want to convert them to epubs, you now only have one week before amazon kills your ability to download its ebooks www.theverge.com/news/612898/...
Amazon’s killing a feature that let you download and backup Kindle books
It’s bad if you like to keep ebook backup copies.

How to give your DM a heart attack/make them excited:

1. Let them ramble about their homebrew world for a bit

2. Ask them in depth about any one person they offhandedly mention, down to whether or not their earlobes are attached to their head or not.

3. Sit back and watch the magic.

I know I've already posted about this but I wanted to share this as an alternative with the character limit. Feel free to share around for others who may be worried

While Critical Role brought a huge audience to Dungeons and Dragons, I'll always be bummed they also made it performative.

I hear folks afraid to try, worried they wouldn't be "good at it."

Proper D&D is karaoke in a room with friends. No one cares if you sing well, so long as you are having fun.
