I knew the Constitution was dead & buried when Alito used 17th century law in his fantasy novel about the Constitution in the overturn of Roe v Wade decision. Legal scholars allowed “originalism” to be accepted as legitimate Constitutional ideology?? It’s RIDICULOUS. Truly ridiculous. RIP

The Supreme Court issued a stay, effectively ruling, for now, that the Constitution no longer applies, at least not to immigrants. Fast-track deportations with no opportunity for judicial review violate the fundamental principle of due process, especially for people already on U.S. soil.
