The 2 specialists for my autoimmune issues are having a territorial pissing match...so I have to go get a blood test to prove my thyroid levels are low, even tho my resting heart rate is currently 45, I keep crying for no reason and my hair is falling out in clumps 🫠 so that's how my day is going.

I'm reading What My Bones Know, Stephanie Foo's biography about healing from complex trauma and it's both suuuuper sad and incredibly comforting bc cptsd has a way of making you feel like you're uniquely broken and it's nice to know other people have been there, and have gotten better.

The day before going on vacation and the day of coming back from vacation are basically tied for the worst kind of work day. Only taking 3 days off and it's not long enough to be generating this much extra work.
